This Orange Jelly is very easy and yummy dessert recipe with less ingredients.
Ingredients:
1. Orange Juice - 1 1/2 cup
2. Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
4. Oil - 1 tsp
To Decorate:
5. Desiccated Coconut - As Required
6. Sugar - As Required
Procedure:
1. In a non stick pan or thick bottom pan, add orange juice, corn flour and sugar. Mix them well without lumps.
2. Boil the above mixture in a medium flame. Mix them frequently with whisk to avoid to form lumps.
3. Cook till the mixture becomes thick and also leaves the sides of the pan.
4. Grease the tray with oil. (either square tray or rectangle tray)
5. Pour the cooked mixture (from 3) into the tray. Allow it to cool down.
6. Refrigerate it for minimum 2-3 hours.
7. Remove from the pan and cut it into small cubes or circles.
8. Immediately coat with desiccated coconut and sugar.
Serve it immediately. Take them out from the refrigerator when you serve.
