Papaya Mango Juice


Those who don’t like papaya juice mix it with mango is good way to make them consume papaya. The juice will be as good as pure mango juice and papaya will not drastically saying the taste.

Preparation Time: 10 mins  |  Yields: 3-4 cups

Ingredients:
Papaya Pieces
1 cup
Mango Pieces
1 cup
Sugar
As needed
Water
As required

Procedure:
1. Wash and remove the skin and seeds of the papaya. Then cut it into small cubes and keep it aside.
2. Wash and remove the skin of the mango. Cut the flesh from the mango and chop them into small pieces.
3. Add equal amount of papaya and mango pieces in a mixie jar.
4. Then add sugar and grind them into fine paste. Add little water if needed.
5. Now strain the juice using the juice strainer and add enough water to bring the paste into juice consistency.
   Serve it at room temperature or refrigerate and serve.
Wow yummy and healthy juice is ready !

Note:
1. Adjust the sugar level according to your taste and fruits taste.

Papaya Juice / Pappali Juice


Papaya fruit is a super food full of goodness and healthy nutrients. But unfortunately it will be the last fruit most people would like to have directly like my hubby. Papaya juice is the best way to make them have papaya.

Ingredients:
Ripe Papaya (small size)
1
Sugar or Honey
1 tbsp
Water
As required

Procedure:
1. Remove the skin and seeds of the papaya.  Cut it into small cubes.
2. Add  the papaya cubes and sugar in a mixie jar.
3. Grind them into a smooth paste. Then add little water and again grind them into a fine paste.
4. Strain this mixture using the juice strainer. Then add enough water to bring it into juice consistency.
5. Healthy juice is ready to serve. You can chill it in a refrigerator or have it immediately.

Note:
1. Addition of water level is your choice.
2. Instead of sugar you can add honey or brown sugar or palm sugar.
