Ingredients:
Curd / Yogurt | 1 cup |
Mint / Puthina Leaves | ¼ cup |
Coriander Leaves | 1/4cup |
Curry Leaves | ¼ cup |
Ginger | 1 inch |
Green Chilly | ½ or 1 |
Water | 2 cups |
Ice Cubes (Optional) | 5 |
Salt | To Taste |
Procedure:
1. Clean and wash the Mint, Coriander and Curry leaves.
2. Remove the skin of the ginger.
3. Grind greens, ginger and green chilly with little water.
4. Then add the curd and salt. Beat them for a minute.
5. Now extract the butter milk. Now add the remaining water and mix them well.
6. Serve it chill (add ice cubes) or as it is.
This is really healthy and refreshing drink.I have got this idea from my grandma.
