The best thing about this cookie is that it is very very soft. It literally melts in your mouth. It is also easy to make as it has only 3 ingredients. It does not need butter. Make and experience it.

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter

Icing Sugar

Wheat Flour

Procedure:
1. In a
wide bowl add peanut butter and icing sugar. Mix them well with your fingers.
2. Then
add wheat flour and crushed peanuts. Knead them well into a soft and pliable
dough.
3. Now
roll the dough into ½ inch thickness circle or rectangle sheet.
4. Then
cut the sheet with round cookie cutter or bottle cap.
5. Now
place the cookies on the ungreased baking tray. Leave ½ inch space between the
cookies.

Press each cookie with fork horizontally and vertically. So you can get small
squares over the cookies.
7.
Preheat the oven for 200 degree Celsius.
8. Bake
the cookies for 13 mins at 170 degree Celsius. Then take them out from the oven
and cool them completely. Store it in air tight container for later use.
Mouth melting and delicious peanut butter

Note:
1. Adjust the flour level according to your peanut butter consistency.
