Ingredients:
Idly | 4 |
Oil | 2 tbs |
Mustard Seeds | ½ tbs |
Urad Dal | ½ tbs |
| 1 tbs |
Curry Leaves | 1 spring |
Onion | 1 |
Green Chilly | 2 |
Salt | To taste |
Procedure:
1. Chop the onion into small pieces.
2. Wash and slit the green chillies into halves.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, and add mustard seeds. When it starts popping add urad dal, channa dal, curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onion.
4. Saute till the onion becomes golden brown.
5. Add turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
6. Now add the crumpled idli, little salt (because Idli already has salt) and mix well and fry for 5 mins.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it to loved ones.
