Sometimes
you might like to cook a pizza but then you might find that you have not stocked
the pizza base. Bread pizza is a handy recipe exactly for those moments.
Ingredients:
Bread Slices

Sliced Onion (round cut)

Chopped Tomato
|
2 tbsp

Chopped Capsicum
|
1 tbsp
|
Fresh Corn Kernels
|
1 tbsp
|
Pizza Sauce
|
4 tbsp
|
Grated Pizza Cheese
|
As required
|
Oregano
|
1 tesp
|
Procedure:
1.
Preheat the oven for 5 mins at 180 degree C
2.
Spread the pizza sauce on one side of the bread slice.
3.
Place the onion slice at the center of the bread slice. Then arrange your veggies as your wish.
4.
Sprinkle the oregano or pepper powder on the veggies.
5.
Then sprinkle the grated cheese to cover the veggies.
6.
Bake them for 5 mins at 180 degree C or till cheese melts completely.
Note:
Another
good thing about bread pizza is that you don’t need to use the oven also. You
can use the stove itself for baking. You have to place the bread slice on the
heated tawa and cover it. Cook till the cheese melts.
