Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves (Chopped) | 2 Cups |
1 tbs | |
Black Gram Dal /Urad Dal | 1 tbs |
Vegetable Oil | 2 tbs |
Green Chilly | 3 |
Tamarind | Gooesberry size |
Cumin Seeds | 1 tes |
Garlic | 3 Pods |
Salt | To taste |
Grated Coconut | 1/4 cup |
Procedure:
1. Clean, wash and chop the coriander leaves.
2. Heat the oil in the pan, add Bengal gram dal, urad dal, cumin seeds and garlic pods. Saute till it turns to golden colour.
3. Then add the green chillies, saute for a minute.
4. Then add tamarind and chopped coriander leaves.
5. Fry for 3-5 mins till the moist evaporate from coriander leaves.
7. Allow it to cool down for 5 mins.
8. Then add the grated coconut and salt to this mixture.
9. Grind them to a smooth paste in a blender by adding very little water.

Hv made idlies for breakfast now but in no time to make chutney so will get my idlies n sit in front of this screen n finish it off..super color ..
