Ingredients:
Finger Millet / Raagi Flour

Sour Butter Milk
|
1 cup
|
Water
|
2 cups
|
Sambar Onion
|
5
|
Curry Leaves
|
Few Leaves
|
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
|
½ tbs
|
Salt
|
To Taste
|
Preparation:
1. Mix the raagi flour with little water without lumps. Make it into liquid like consistency.
2. Bring the remaining water into boil, and then add the raagi mixture. Also, stir continuously.
3. Cook till it becomes a thick paste and switch off the stove. Allow it to cool down.
4. Now mix the sour buttermilk with this koozh either today or the day after with salt.
5. Now add finely chopped sambar onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
Now Raagi koozh is ready to serve. Serve with lime pickle.
