Ingredients:
Potato

Coriander Powder

Dry Fenugreek Leave/ Kasoori Methi

Cumin Seeds

1 tes

Oil

2 tes

Salt

As required

Procedure:
1. Wash and cut the potatoes into
either 2 or 4 pieces. Pressure cook them
with little water for 1 whistle in high flame.
2. Allow it to cool down and peel the
skin from the potatoes. Then cut them into 1 inch cubes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds
and wait for splutter. Then add potato cubes, red chilli powder, coriander
powder and salt.
4. Sprinkle little water and mix them
well. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins.
5.
Then add crushed dry fenugreek leaves and mix them well. Cook for 1 min.
Serve this fry with rasam rice or sambar rice.
