Tri Color Dosai

      It is Independence Day and National icon are on the top of everyone’s mind. Tri color dosai is to celebrate the Independence Day through South Indian way.

                           Preparation Time: 5 mins  | Cooking Time: 4 mins | Yields: 1
 Ingredients:
Idli / Dosa Batter
½ cup
Grated Carrot
3 tbsp
Grated Coconut
3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
3 tbsp
Oil
1 tesp

Procedure:
1. Heat the dosa tawa and pour one ladle full of idli batter into a thin circular shape.
2. Sprinkle grated coconut at the center of the dosa in a rectangular shape.
3. Sprinkle grated carrot at the top and chopped coriander at the bottom of the dosai.
4. Press them gently and pour few drops of oil along the sides of the dosa. Close the dosa with the lid and cook for 2-3 mins. Then remove the dosai from the tawa carefully and serve.

   Beautiful tricolor dosai is ready.
