icon are on the top of everyone’s mind. Tri color dosai is to celebrate the Independence
Day through South Indian way.

Ingredients:
Idli /
Dosa Batter
|
½ cup
|
Grated
Carrot
|
3 tbsp
|
Grated
Coconut
|
3 tbsp
|
Finely
Chopped Coriander
|
3 tbsp
|
Oil
|
1 tesp
|
Procedure:
1. Heat the dosa tawa and pour one
ladle full of idli batter into a thin circular shape.
2. Sprinkle grated coconut at the
center of the dosa in a rectangular shape.
3. Sprinkle grated carrot at the top
and chopped coriander at the bottom of the dosai.
4. Press them gently and pour few drops
of oil along the sides of the dosa. Close the dosa with the lid and cook for
2-3 mins. Then remove the dosai from the tawa carefully and serve.
Beautiful tricolor dosai is ready.
