Egg
dosa can be made in many ways. Restaurant style egg dosa is made such a way
that the egg layer is very very thin similar to paper roast.

Ingredients:
Idly Batter / Dosa Batter

½ cup

Egg
|

|
Pepper Powder
|
½ tesp
|
Oil
|
1 tesp
|
Procedure:
1.
Heat the dosa tawa and pour ladle full of batter into a thin circular shape.
2.
Break the egg and pour it over the dosa.
3.
Now sprinkle the pepper powder.
4.
Spread the egg over the dosa using a flat based small cup.
5.
Pour few drops of oil along the sides of the dosa and turn over until it reached
golden brown.
6.
Remove the dosa when both sides are cooked well.
Note: You
can use egg just the egg white alone.

I make it too whenever I have some left over batter.. It really tastes good.
