Dry Ginger Coffee Powder / Sukku Coffee Podi

Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds
1 cup
Dry Ginger Powder
2 tbs
Cardamom
2
Pepper Corns
1 tbs
Fenugreek
½ tbs
Cumin Seeds
1 tes
Procedure:
1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately.
2. Allow it to cool down.
3. Grind them into a coarse powder.
4. Keep the powder in a air tight container and use it when required.
