Ingredients:
Dosai Batter | 1 cup |
Sesame Oil | ½ tbs |
Idli Milagai Podi | 1 tbs |
Procedure:
1. Heat the dosa tawa and pour one ladle full of batter into a thin circular shape.
2. Pour few drops of oil along the sides and over the dosa.
3. Now sprinkle the Idly Milagai Powder over the Dosa and spread the dosa with dosa ladle.
4. Take it out when dosa starts peeling from the tawa.
Serve it with Coriander Chutney.
