Ingredients:
Dosa Batter | 1 cup |
Oil | ½ tbs |
Procedure:
1. Heat the dosa tawa and pour one ladle full of batter into a thin circular shape.
2. Pour few drops of oil along the sides and over the dosa.
3. Now spread over the dosa with dosa ladle. [ to make it paper thin]
4. Then simmer the flame and make a cut on the dosa with the dosa ladle or kitchen scissors from outside edge to the centre of the dosa.
5. Start rolling the dosa from the cut part till get cone shape.
