Spicy Veg Puffedrice / Kara Pori

Puffed Rice / Pori
1 cup
Grated Carrot
2 tbs
Grated Beetroot
1 tbs
Roasted Gram / Pottukkadalai
2 tbs
Chopped Onion
2 tbs
Curry Leaves
1 Spring
Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbs
Tomato (small size)
Red Chilly Powder
1 tes
Coconut Oil
1 tbs
Amture Powder
½ tes
Chaat Masala
1 tes
A Pinch

1. Remove the seeds and flesh of the tomato and cut it into small pieces.
2. Mix all the ingredients well and serve it immediately.
