Ingredients:
Puffed Rice / | 1 cup |
Grated Carrot | 2 tbs |
Grated Beetroot | 1 tbs |
Roasted Gram / Pottukkadalai | 2 tbs |
Chopped Onion | 2 tbs |
Curry Leaves | 1 Spring |
Chopped Coriander Leaves | 1 tbs |
Tomato (small size) | 1 |
Red Chilly Powder | 1 tes |
Coconut Oil | 1 tbs |
Amture Powder | ½ tes |
Chaat Masala | 1 tes |
Salt | A Pinch |
Procedure:
1. Remove the seeds and flesh of the tomato and cut it into small pieces.
2. Mix all the ingredients well and serve it immediately.
