Phirni
or Firni is a rice based pudding with milk and nuts. It is a famous Indian
dessert. It is a must have dish for festivals like Kawra Chauth in North India.
Usually
Phirni is prepared using Basmathi rice. I have tried with Little Millet
Rice. The taste is almost similar to the
Basmathi rice phirni.
