Carrot Ginger Juice


Ingredients:

Carrot

2

Ginger

1 inch

Lemon

½

Sugar

2 tbs

Ice

¼ cup


Procedure:

1. Wash and peel the skins of the carrot and ginger.

2. Cut the carrot and ginger into small pieces.

3. Blend the carrot and ginger in the blender.

4. Extract only the juice.

5. Add sugar, lemon juice and ice with extracted juice.

6. Mix them well.

Serve it chilled.
