Ingredients:
Sweet Potato/ Sarkkaraivalli Kilangu | ½ kg |
Salt | To Taste |
Jaggery (powder) | 2 tbs |
Procedure:
1. Wash and cut the sweet potato into halves.
2. Pressure cook them with ½ cup of water and salt for 3-4 whistles.
3. When the pressure has gone, peel the skin of the sweet potato and serve it hot with jaggery.

Never tasted sweet potato with jaggery. Must be so yummy..
So simple but sounds delicious! Is there a substitute for jaggery? I don't think I can easily get it where I live in Australia!
