Boiled Sweet Potato / Vegavaitha Sarkarivalli Kizhangu

Ingredients:

Sweet Potato/ Sarkkaraivalli Kilangu

½ kg

Salt

To Taste

Jaggery (powder)

2 tbs

Procedure:

1. Wash and cut the sweet potato into halves.

2. Pressure cook them with ½ cup of water and salt for 3-4 whistles.

3. When the pressure has gone, peel the skin of the sweet potato and serve it hot with jaggery.
