Ingredients:
Parboiled Rice | 1 Cup |
Grated Coconut | ½ Cup |
Salt | To Taste |
Procedure:
1. Wash and soak the rice for 4-5 hours.
2. Grind the rice to half ground level and then add the grated coconut.
3. Add salt and mix them well. Keep it aside for 5-10 mins.
4. Heat the tawa and pour one ladle full of batter to a thick circular shape.
5. Pour few drops of oil along the sides of the dosa. Turn over once it reaches light golden color.
6. Remove the dosa, when it is light golden on both sides.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.

I love dosas! This reminds me of neer dosa that Mangaloreans make.
