Podi Idly / Spicy Powder Idly


Ingredients:

Left Over Idlies or Mini Idly

2 or 10

Sesame Oil

1 tbs

Mustard Seeds

½ tes

Urad Dal

½ tes

Curry Leaves

1 Spring

Idly Podi / Powder

2 tbs

Procedure:

1. Cut normal Idly lengthwise 1 inch pieces or take mini idly.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and wait for popping.

3. Then add urad dal and curry leaves. Fry for a minute.

4. Add Idly podi and sauté for few seconds.

5. Now add the Idly pieces or mini idlies and mix them well.

Serve it hot with Tomato ketchup.
