Ingredients:
Potato | 2 |
Oil | For Deep Fry |
Salt | To Taste |
Pepper | 1 tbs |
1. Cut the potatoes into strips of about 1/2-inch thickness.
2. Soak the potatoes in cold water for 1 hour with little salt.
3. Drain them well and pat dry with kitchen towels.
4. Heat the oil in a pan and put the potato strips.
5. Fry them in hot oil for about 3 minutes and take them out.
6. Fry all the strips like this.
7. Again fry the strips for a second time, until they become golden brown and tender.
8. Drain the french fries on kitchen tissue paper .
9. Then add salt and pepper powder and mix them well.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
