Bread Bajji

Bread Slices

Gram flour

¼ cup

Chilly Powder

1 tbs

Cooking Soda

¼ tbs

Food Colour (optional)

¼ tbs

3 cup

For fry

To Taste

1. Mix all the ingredients together well by adding little water, so that the mixture consistency becomes like idly batter consistency.

3. Slightly toast the bread without oil or butter, so that it becomes crispy and absorbs more batter and become puffy.

4. Then cut them into 4 pieces.

5. Dip each bread pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil. Keep the oil in medium flame only.

This is one of the recipes of my Chithi.
