Raw Banana / Valakkai Fry


Ingredients:

Raw Banana

1

Gingelly Oil

For fry

Sambar Powder

3 tbs

Salt

To Taste


Procedure:

1. Wash and peel the skin of the raw banana.

2. Then cut it into thin round slices.

3. Add sambar powder and enough salt with the sliced pieces.

4. Mix them well and keep it aside for ½ an hour.

5. Heat the dosa pan and place as many slices as possible on the pan.

6. Pour the oil around the slices.

7. Turn it over once it reaches golden colour.

8. Remove the slices from tawa once it is golden on both sides.

Serve hot with rice.
