Corn Kernels | 1 cup |
Red Chilly powder | ¼ tbs |
Pepper Powder | ¼ tbs |
Char Masala | ¼ tbs |
Lemon Juice | ½ tbs |
Salt | To Taste |
1. Pressure cook the kernels with little water.
2. After pressure has gone, drain the water from it.
3. Then add other ingredients with cooked kernels.
4. Mix them well and serve it.

A like the sound of this. Corn is such a regular staple in our house because it is universally liked, but I really have no recipes to actually DO something with it. I'm going to try this.

Used to make sweet corns. Spicy corn something different..looks yumm! :D
This corn preparation reminded me of the corn carts in Gurgaon mall,I have not eaten them in a long time now. I can actually make these after going thorugh this recipe.Thanks it looks scrummy:)
