Onion Tomato Sabji

Ingredients:

Onion

¼ kg

Tomato

¼ Kg

Oil

2 tbs

Mustard Seeds

¼ tbs

Red Chilly

1

Red Chilly Powder

2 tbs

Salt

To Taste

Procedure:

1. Cut the onion into very thin and lengthy pieces.

2. Wash and chop the tomato into small pieces.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and wait for popping.

4. Then add the red chilly (as a whole) and the chopped onion.

5. Saute till the onion becomes golden colour in medium flame.

6. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it becomes mushy without adding water.

7. Then add red chilly powder and salt.

8. Mix them well and fry for 2 mins.

Serve it with chapathi or bread.
