Ingredients:

Black Gram Dal /Urad Dal | |
Vegetable Oil | 2 tbs |
Red Chilly | 4 |
Curry Leaves | 1 spring |
Coriander Leaves | 1 bunch |
Tomato | 2 |
Sambar Onion | ½ cup |
Salt | To taste |
Grated Coconut | ¼ cup |
Procedure:
1. Wash the coriander leaves and curry leaves.
2. Chop the onion, coriander leaves and tomatoes.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, add
4. Then add curry leaves, red chillies and chopped onion. Fry till it becomes
5. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry till raw smell goes away or till becomes
6. Then add chopped coriander leaves and fry for a minute.
7. Allow it to cool down for 5 mins.
8. Then add coconut and salt to this mixture.
9. Combine all and grind to a smooth paste in a blender by adding very little
Serve with Idly and Dosas. Especially for Ragi Dosa, Wheat Dosa and Adai.
